Revenue earning animals in Yala abandoned - Animals in the national park looking for water

Animals living in the Yala national park roam far and wide in search of water due to the prevailing drought. The pictures show many animals in a desperate state going in search of water. Animals affected most are deer, crocodiles and elephants. The forest Department earns a large income showing these animals to tourists. But it appears that the authorities have so far not taken any steps to fill small ponds with water for these animals. The authorities should do something for these animals from monies earned through tourism.
